What goes in the van
Sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, white goods, broken-down furniture, bags of household clutter and the odds and ends that gather over the years, we take the lot. A single knackered armchair or a whole flat's worth after a clearance is the same service, just scaled to the job.
A few things follow separate rules, fridges and certain electricals among them, but we tell you up front what we can take and see it dealt with correctly.
We carry it out, not you
Unlike a skip sat on the drive, you do not drag a thing out to the kerb. We come into the property, carry the items out ourselves and load them. That is the whole point: the heavy, awkward part is ours, not yours.
Down from an upstairs flat, up from a cellar, out of a shed at the bottom of the garden, we get to it and carry it out.
Disposed of the right way
Where it ends up matters. We separate whatever can be reused or recycled from what has to go to a licensed waste site, rather than tipping it down a back lane. That protects you as well, because fly-tipped waste traced to a household still lands the householder with the fine.
If you want the reassurance it has been handled properly, just ask.
How a clearance is priced
A clearance prices on how much there is, usually by the space it fills in the van, plus the access at the property. Describe roughly what needs to go and we will give you a fair figure.
Send the details over and we will book you in, often for the same or the next day.
